wonderful stay!
good food selection lovely upgrade great beach
we received a lovely upgrade to block 7 (huge thanks to maria!). the food selection was plentiful and good (i really enjoyed the variety of dishes). drinks were what i expect from an all inclusive. i really enjoyed the beach area which prevents sellers from hassling.
I did notice the gym opening hours were a bit late. I'd have liked to start my workout earlier in the day.

the hotel is near the beach, with many bars and shops nearby. the beach is very vibrant, and it is pleasant to walk along it listening to the waves.

The staff were very friendly and always helpful. i had booked for two nights, but i enjoyed my stay so much i decided to extend it. the reception team was very kind and helpful to find another room for me.

the buffet restaurant offered a fantastic variety of dishes, including plenty of vegetarian options. i thought there were always different salads and desserts available. a great selection of drinks. i really enjoyed the cocktails in the bar until late.

the swimming pool was a good size with a maximum depth of 2 meters. there are some good activities organized by the animation team throughout the day. there is a theatre that offers entertainment every evening with professional dancers (the dancers were amazing!).

mixed feelings about the stay
loud music worn fixtures
i was disappointed by the noise at night there is a nightclub nearby it kept me awake until late the music was loud and disruptive i also noticed the bathroom needed better maintenance some of the fixtures were old and worn it could use a refresh to meet expectations

The food had a great variety. Staff members were friendly , personable , caring , and helpful. I found many activities for all ages.
Rooms need a small face lift , but they were still nice.

The entertainment staff was amazing. They proposed activities every day and remained friendly. The food choices were fresh and new each day. It was AMAZING!!!

friendly staff great location
the staff was friendly. i liked location. the room was clean and neat upon arrival. overall, i think this place offers good value.
the pool felt crowded, finding a free sunbed was a challenge. the evening entertainment wasnt much for me, not really what i expected.

bad ventilation early noise
our room faced the inner courtyard and smelled like the kitchen (i suspect bad ventilation). it wasn't pleasant. the noise from the hotel's services started early in the morning (around 6 am) making it hard to sleep in. i found both of these things really annoying.
